Today we are going to do a complete follow along workout. It is going to be a 12 minute at home follow along fat burning workout. The only piece of equipment you will need for this workout are some light dumbbells. It is going to consist of 6 different exercises, and you will have a great workout. This is a cardio workout, but it is quick. It is not one of those long cardio sessions, and you are going to get some amazing results. This is going to be a HIIT style workout to burn fat at home. Do these exercises back to back with very little rest in between in a circuit style. Do all 6 exercises in a row, and do them for 2 total circuits. Let’s get started with this at home fat burning workout.
Exercise #1: PUSH UPS. Depending on your fitness level, you can do knee push ups if you need to. Push yourself to do this for the whole 30 or 45 seconds depending on how you are laying out the circuit.
Exercise #2: LUNGES. If this exercise hurts your knees, you can also try doing reverse lunges as those can be easier on your knees.
Exercise #3: SUPERMANS. For this exercise, you are going to lay flat on the ground then lift your arms and legs in the air at the same time.
Exercise #4: TWO-ARM DB CURLS. Even though this is a timed exercise, you still want to make sure that you are utilizing slow and controlled movements. Having good form is important whether it is timed sets or doing a certain number of reps.
Exercise #5: PLANK JACKS. You are going to be in a push up plank position, and you are going to do jumping jacks with your feet.
Exercise #6: DUMBBELL JACKS. This is like normal jumping jacks, instead you are going to push a dumbbell up above your head.
