It is time for you to build a bigger chest, especially as a man over 50. You don’t need a gym membership, you can do this from. All you need are some dumbbells and resistance bands to get the job done. There are so many variations you can do of a chest press, in order to hit your muscle fibers from different angles. The mind muscle connection will be different, and you will feel the burn in different parts of your chest. You are not going to get great muscle building results by just doing a bunch of sets of the same exercise.
There are 5 exercises I am going to share with you that target our chest, to get great muscle building results from home. The great thing about this workout is it only takes 15 minutes. If you want to challenge yourself, you can tweak this workout by adding more sets or weight, and it may make the workout longer. You are going to do 3 sets of each exercise for 15 total sets, and you can ramp it up more for a challenge if you would like. It is going to be more of a circuit style workout based on time for the set and resting.
