Our physical capabilities change over time, so we need to change our thinking about exercising as well.

In today’s video, I am going to give you 6 great exercises for men over 40. These exercises are designed to help build and maintain muscle and strength, promoting longevity and preventing injuries.

You should also notice that we hit every muscle group in the body.

You can do these whether you are a beginner or an expert, new to working out…or you’ve been doing it for years – just pick the correct weight for your fitness level and strength.

Let's do every exercise for 8-10 reps and do 2 sets of each exercise before moving to the next. Rest about 90 seconds between sets, and this workout will only take about 25 minutes (not counting warm up).
