If you are looking for a good workout that you can do at home, and you are looking to have a quick workout? Good news, I have a quick 10 minute six pack workout that you can do from home, on the road, and basically anywhere. Getting a six pack is not an easy thing to do. You will be surprised by the kind of workout you can have in just 10 minutes, but to get a six pack that shows, you will need to focus on nutrition and burning fat as well. It is going to be a total of 5 exercises that you do for 2 minutes each. Do as many reps as you can during each of those 2 minutes! Let’s get started with the exercises in this 6 pack workout from home.

Exercise #1: REVERSE CRUNCH. Start by laying on your back, bend your knees at a 90 degree angle then bring your knees up to your chest. Try to avoid rolling and using momentum in this exercise.

Exercise #2: AB KICKOUTS. Start by sitting on the ground with your feet flat on the floor. Have your hands out to your side then kick your legs out in front of you. Hold for a brief second then return to the starting position.

Exercise #3: CROSS BODY MOUNTAIN CLIMBER. You are going to start in a push up position then bring your knee up to your opposite elbow. Keep alternating from side to side for the full 2 minutes. You can also pick up the speed of this movement to add more intensity.

Exercise #4: ELBOW PLANK REACHES. Start in the elbow plank position, and place your feet slightly wider than your hips to help with balance. Then you are going to reach one hand out directly in front of you, alternating each side at a time.

Exercise #5: RUSSIAN TWISTS. You can use a dumbbell for this exercise to add more difficulty. Rotate your arms from side to side, while moving your legs in the opposite direction. Lean back so that your torso and legs create a v-shape.
