This is a workout that you can do at home or in the gym, and it is a bodybuilding style workout for men over 50. These are some of my favorite upper body exercises to do when trying to build more muscle and size. With this being a bodybuilding style workout, we are focusing on the chest, shoulders, and back. These are the muscle groups that make our upper body stand out. Dumbbells are the better pieces of equipment to use when trying to build more muscle optimally.
Focus on utilizing good form for optimal muscle growth, and preventing injury from your workouts. This might be different training than you are used to, but it is good to switch it up when trying to build more muscle. You want to feel the contraction and get deep stretches when doing these exercises.
