If you want to lose fat, cutting down on your carb intake is a fantastic and the most efficient way to do it. Not all carbs are bad, fibrous carbs are great for you to have. It is the complex carbs you need to be careful of, both when and how much you consume. I am going to give you 3 substitute foods that you can use in lieu of high carb foods that are eaten on a regular basis. When it comes to cutting out carbs completely, you want to avoid that. Your body needs healthy carbs so our bodies can produce its needed hormones. Before getting into the 3 substitute foods for your carbs, here is a bonus tip.

You can use a fat burning supplement to help you on your fat loss journey as well. Anabolic Shred is a great supplement proven to work with a money back guarantee. Click the link above, and what each ingredient does and why it is in our product. Now, let’s get started with the carbs you should eat, and the carbs you should avoid.

Food #1: RICE. It is great for you because it is not processed, and is a natural carbohydrate. It is good to occasionally swap out normal rice with cauliflower rice for cutting out calories from carbs, but still giving you the carbs that you need.

Food #2: PASTA. This is a highly processed carbohydrate. You can try this substitute called spaghetti squash. These are great veggies and are high in antioxidants. This is a great substitute to get healthy carbs, while still avoiding too much of a caloric intake.

Food #3: GRAPEFRUIT instead of a BANANA. A banana has 30 grams of carbs, and a grapefruit only has 13 grams of carbs. Bananas are still great for you, but they do have a lot of natural sugars that can raise your blood sugar. Try having a grapefruit instead of a banana next time to see if you like it.
