Guys…Are you struggling to get your testosterone back? Looking for ways to naturally increase your testosterone? In this video I am going to tell you how to get your testosterone back.

The very first thing you need to do to increase your testosterone is to lose some weight. There are several studies that show that having that extra fat around your gut lowers your testosterone levels. Now..how are we going to do that?

First thing you need to do… Eliminate processed foods! Processed foods are laced with toxins and chemicals that actually increase the estrogen levels in your body. Replace the processed foods with good whole foods. Eat good quality lean proteins, gluten-free complex carbs, and fibrous carbs. The fibrous carbs are important because you need that fiber to increase the energy expenditure to get that food out of your body. So, you will burn some calories when you eat fiber. Lastly, you want to eat good sources of fats. Cage-free eggs and grass-fed beef are good sources.

Now that we have focused on the nutrition aspect, I need you to incorporate resistance training. Utilize compound lifts 3-4 days a week like squats, deadlifts, and overhead press. Those are your bigger bang for your buck lifts. You build muscle and burn fat at the same time with these exercises.

The last thing you need to do, which is very vital, is focus on getting good quality sleep. Prioritize your sleep and get 8-10 hours of sleep a night. You need to hit REM sleep because that is when your body is going to replenish and recover for the next day.

Follow these tips to get started with getting your testosterone back.
