Now that we have focused on the nutrition aspect, I need you to incorporate resistance training. Utilize compound lifts 3-4 days a week like squats, deadlifts, and overhead press. Those are your bigger bang for your buck lifts. You build muscle and burn fat at the same time with these exercises.
The last thing you need to do, which is very vital, is focus on getting good quality sleep. Prioritize your sleep and get 8-10 hours of sleep a night. You need to hit REM sleep because that is when your body is going to replenish and recover for the next day.
