Whether you are working out at home or in the gym, this workout is amazing…especially for you guys over 50. All you need are some dumbbells, and you are good to go!

This workout consists of 6 exercises which hit every muscle group in your body. You are going to do 3 sets of 10-12 reps of each exercise, with no more than a minute rest between sets.

Before moving on to the next exercise, I want you to do 15 bicycle cross crunches. So… that will be 5 sets of abs in total.

Here are the exercises in this full body workout:

Exercise #1: Incline Chest Press

Exercise #2: Goblet Squat

Exercise #3: Bent Over Row

Exercise #4: Skullcrushers

Exercise #5: Hammer Curls

Exercise #6: Lateral Raises
