Unilateral workouts tend to take longer than a normal workout because you are working one side at a time. However, they can be very beneficial to do and can get you great results. It is also summertime, and having a good looking upper body is needed for the season of having your shirt off. If you have time for a slightly longer workout, you need to give this one a try. Although, it won’t take too long because you are not resting between sets because your other side is resting while you are working the other.

When doing unilateral exercises it is important to use your mind muscle connection, and focus on working the specific muscle group. Avoid using momentum when doing unilateral exercises because then you will not be working your muscle optimally.
