It does not take a lot of time, and you do not need a lot of equipment to do these exercises. You can still build your upper body, even if you need to do something different from your normal workout routine.
These exercises are great for getting a pump and working your muscles when in a time crunch. Not only do they work your back and chest, they also work your arms and shoulders since these are compound exercises. You are going to do these exercises as a superset, which is a combination of exercises back to back without any rest in between. So, it is a total of 4 exercises, but 2 superset exercises.
This is not something you need to add to your workout routine, but utilize this if you can’t get to your normal workout or are short on time.
