I know 300 reps might sound like a lot…well, that’s because it is a lot. That is why this is called a 300 rep at home workout CHALLENGE! It is supposed to be a challenge, and it is a great way to get in shape and build more muscle from home. If you do this workout challenge and find that it was TOO EASY…add more reps or weight to make it more difficult. Time yourself the first time you do this workout, and try to do it faster the next time. This workout is going to work all muscle groups for the overall progression of your body.

This workout consists of 5 different exercises, and it is going to be a circuit style workout. These kinds of workouts are great for burning more calories and losing fat…even long after you do the workout. With circuit style training, there is less rest between exercises compared to a more normal style workout. This is going to keep your muscle working, and help you get more in shape. Depending on your fitness level, you may need more rest when you start out. However, I want you to challenge yourself to improve every time you do this workout!
