If you are over 40 and you want to build muscle and burn fat then you need to make sure that you are maximizing your testosterone production. As you get older, your testosterone levels naturally decline. That is why it is important to start your day off right, and that is eating a testosterone boosting breakfast.

On weight training days, I want you to eat complex carbs. So you are going to want proteins, fats, and complex carbs. On the days that you are not training, avoid eating complex carbs. Here are some meals you can eat to boost your testosterone during breakfast.

Meal #1: OMELET WITH ORGANIC BACON. When choosing bacon, make sure it is free from nitrates, antibiotics, and any added hormones. For the omelet, use cage-free or free range eggs. You can also add vegetables to your omelet.

If you are on a day where you are having complex carbs, you can add oats, potatoes, or grain toast. It is good to have these things in addition to the omelet.

TestoGreens is also a great product to have in the morning to start your day, to make sure you are getting the vegetables and greens you need daily. Check out our TestoGreens and give them a try.

Alright guys, make sure to try these meals for breakfast to boost your testosterone. Subscribe to our channel for more videos on how to lose fat and boost your testosterone naturally.
