I don’t get it…I train 5 days a week, I do cardio all the time, I don’t eat fast food…why can’t I get abs like all the fitness gurus I see on the internet?
Good question. The answer put simply…it is not easy to get abs that show. Especially if you have a lot of fat to lose when you start. Nutrition is really the hardest part about getting abs.
If you are starting skinny, it might not be as difficult to get 6 pack abs. Odds are you are already used to consuming less calories. So really, it comes down to training, and eating cleaner than you already are.
